Clear advice. Careful work.
A team that knows you.
We bring the pieces of your financial life into one clear plan, guide the decisions that follow, and stay involved as life changes.
ABOUT LIFEWAY
Lifeway was founded in 1999 by David T. Brunson with a simple belief: people deserve a place to ask questions, understand their choices, and make financial decisions with confidence.
Today, Trey Touchstone and Dallas McKee carry that mission forward. Lifeway brings thoughtful planning, objective advice, and personal support together so clients can understand where they stand, see what needs attention, and decide what comes next.
As an independent, fee-only fiduciary, Lifeway is paid only by clients. We do not sell products or accept commissions, so our advice stays focused on what we believe is right for each client.
A legacy of clear advice and lasting relationships.

OUR VALUES
How we work matters.
Our values shape how we treat clients, how we work together, and how we carry the responsibility that comes with financial advice.
Caring
We listen closely, help one another, and treat every client with care and respect. We take time to understand the people and families behind each financial plan.
Doing the Right Thing
We are honest, direct, and willing to take the harder path when it is the right one. Our clients' interests come first.
Striving for Excellence
We prepare carefully, look for better ways to do the work, and take the initiative rather than waiting to be asked. We care about the details and about the result they add up to, because the work matters to the people who depend on it.
Authentic and Fun
We take the work seriously without taking ourselves too seriously. We speak plainly, enjoy working together, and believe financial conversations can still feel human.
WHO WE SERVE
Financial planning for the decisions that shape your life.
Some clients come to Lifeway after years of saving. Others arrive during retirement, divorce, or another major transition. Wherever you begin, we help you understand where you stand, what needs attention, and what comes next.
Approaching or in Retirement
Turn years of saving into a clear plan for income, taxes, investments, healthcare, and the life you want to support.
Navigating Divorce or Transition
Understand the financial effect of your choices, address immediate concerns, and rebuild the plan around your new circumstances.
Comprehensive Planning
Bring your accounts, policies, documents, and financial decisions together so they continue working toward the same goals.
COMMUNITY
Involved in the work beyond our office.
Our team participates in professional associations, nonprofit boards, and charitable organizations that strengthen our knowledge, support our communities, and advance the work we do for clients.
Our involvement includes the Collaborative Divorce Financial Planning Association, the Texas Tech Personal Financial Planning Alumni Advisory Board, CFA Institute, and local causes important to our team and community.
Let's start with a conversation.
