Lacey oversees client operations and client experience, from planning preparation to the service details behind every plan.
Biography
With more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, Lacey oversees client operations and helps ensure every aspect of the client experience is handled thoughtfully and efficiently. Her role spans financial planning preparation, client service coordination, and day-to-day operational support. Known for being highly organized and detail-oriented, she enjoys creating structure, keeping priorities moving, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
Lacey is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies and a Master of Science degree in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University. She also holds a Graduate Certificate in Financial Therapy from Kansas State University. Lacey is a member of the Financial Planning Association and currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Dallas Fort-Worth Chapter.
