FORM CRS
Client Relationship Summary
A short, plain-language summary of the services we provide, what they cost, and the conflicts of interest you should know about.
The Client Relationship Summary, also called Form CRS, gives you information about how Lifeway Financial Corporation works with clients. It covers the relationships and services we offer, the fees and costs you pay, the conflicts of interest that come with those arrangements, how our people are compensated, and whether we have any legal or disciplinary history.
The Securities and Exchange Commission requires every registered investment adviser to publish one and to keep it current. It is deliberately short, and it is written to be read rather than skimmed.
Questions worth asking any adviser
Given my financial situation, why should I choose an investment adviser?
How will you choose investments to recommend to me?
How might your conflicts of interest affect me, and how will you address them?
As a financial professional, do you have any disciplinary history?
Who is my primary contact person, and who can I talk to if I have concerns?
